Back sleeve misspells the song ‘Congratulations’ as ‘Congradulations’. This is corrected on the disc label.
Copies exist with round “PROMOTION COPY NOT FOR SALE” stickers on back sleeve (and with both inner and outer rings on the stock labels). See Images.
Late 1964 pressing on the maroon, “unboxed” London label (see pictures). The earliest 1964 pressings were on London FFRR label, with discs that were actually pressed in the UK. These “second” pressings were actually the first pressings of this (US) LP to be manufactured in the US. There is some debate as to whether these dark maroon US records were manufactured at the same time as “first editions” pressed in England (note promos, here).
The initial B-side runout matrix number was incorrectly written as ARL-6394-1A and corrected with a “4” heavily scribed over the “3”, but then the correct matrix was repeated 120° clockwise.
