THE WORK BEHIND THE RELEASE

GIVE THE PLAN
SOME TRACTION.

Choose the support your project needs. We agree the deliverables, costs and dates before the work starts.

01

A clear campaign plan.

A release, show or product. One goal, a practical calendar and a next step for the people you reach.

02

Creative with a purpose.

Ad copy and edits from your approved photos, footage and artwork. Original production can be quoted separately.

03

Ads with a defined job.

Audience selection, setup, launch and scheduled checks around the agreed objective and budget.

04

Somewhere worth landing.

Page or store checks, a clear call to action and measurement suited to the job. Larger builds and repairs are scoped separately.

05

Reporting you can use.

What ran, what it cost, what the evidence shows and the next decision. Reporting dates are part of the plan.

06

A useful handoff.

Approved campaign assets, a record of changes and recommendations you can carry into the next run.

THE FAMILY / FROM OUR OWN LABEL

REAL CLIPS.
A USEFUL HANDOFF.

A specific piece of the work: four finished promo edits supplied for coordinated show promotion.

From the edit to the release team.

On June 16, BBCR supplied four edited versions of The Family's “The End” to its booking partner for the Princess Theatre campaign. The handoff included the finished files and coordination of proposed posting across the venue, The Family and Alabama Heathens.

That is work we can take on: organize the assets, get the agreed versions to the right people and connect the campaign to its destination.

Let's work through it

CONNECT THE WORK

The full
package.

Consulting plus selected campaign, website, merch or release support. One coordinated plan, with responsibilities and costs agreed.

Build the full plan

Quoted to your project. BBCR service fees, ad spend, production and specialist costs are separate lines. A rough budget is enough to start.

THE GRANDEUR REPORTING APPROACH

KNOW WHAT MOVED.
KNOW WHAT'S NEXT.

A click, a listener and an order tell different stories. We keep them clear, then connect the evidence to your next decision.

YOUR GOAL SETS THE REPORTAudience + commerce

AUDIENCE

Are people
connecting?

  • The actions people took
  • Listening and engagement, where measurable
  • Relationships you can build on

SALES

Is the work
paying its way?

  • What sold and the relevant costs
  • Available order and sales records
  • Cash timing and what comes next
Delivered. Spent. Learned. Next move.

Your report follows your project's goal and the records available. We show the gaps as well as the results.

THE PERSON BEHIND THE PLAN

KNOW THE ROAD.
MIND THE DETAILS.

Jesse “Chunk” Walker was a professional touring musician before becoming a naval aviator. He understands the work around the music—and how to coordinate people, deadlines and logistics.

That approach shapes BBCR: get the brief right, check what's ready, keep the work moving and learn from every run.

BEFORE WE GET ROLLING

GOOD
QUESTIONS.

How much does a campaign cost?

We quote the work around your goal, timeline and what is already in place. Service fees, advertising spend and any production or specialist costs are shown separately.

Do I need a consultation first?

If you know the job, request a quote. Consulting is available when you want help choosing the direction or connecting several parts of a release.

Can you work with my existing team?

Yes. Tell us who is involved and what is working. We agree responsibilities and the access needed for the job. Your accounts and assets stay yours.

What if I only have the song and a date?

Start there. Tell us what else is ready and what you need. We'll work through the priorities and confirm a realistic scope and timeline.

Can you help with playlists?

Playlist strategy and submission support can be discussed in your plan. Big Black Cow Radio makes its own independent editorial selections. Radio submissions are free. Paid services do not buy placement or guaranteed streams.

Do you guarantee sales or streams?

No. We agree the work we'll deliver, explain what the evidence shows and help you make informed decisions about the next move.

LET'S HEAR THE PLAN

WHAT'S YOUR
NEXT MOVE?

A song, a show, a product or a problem to work through. Tell us where you want to go.

We'll confirm the scope, timing and costs before you commit.

Tell us what you’re promoting, what you want the campaign to achieve and what you already have ready. One campaign, consulting, or the full package with consulting — a rough plan is enough to start.

Add an artist name, budget, date or project link (optional)

This starts a conversation. It is not an order or a commitment to spend. We’ll use these details to respond to your project request. If you arrived through a campaign link, its campaign codes may accompany your brief. This does not subscribe you to marketing. Privacy policy.
