THE WORK BEHIND THE V8

The Family.
The work behind
the record.

For Delusions of Grandeur, BBCR coordinated the record, merchandise, release promotion, press partners and the systems connecting fans to the music.

This is work from our own label, delivered with the artists and specialist partners. It is the experience behind the services we offer.

HOW THE PARTS CONNECT

Eight cylinders.
Work you can see.

A record needs more than a release date. These are specific parts of the Family project, from the product to the follow-through.

01 / MERCH & RECORDS

The record. The table. The shop.

Standard and signed vinyl editions, companion shirts and merchandise, jacket revisions and production coordination. BBCR worked with the manufacturer to bring the physical release into the operation.

02 / DIGITAL MARKETING

Give the release somewhere to go.

Release promotion connected creative with listening and buying destinations. BBCR supplied four completed “The End” promo edits to the release team and coordinated campaign work with specialist partners.

03 / PUBLICITY & STORY

Get the story and the assets together.

BBCR gathered song stories and credits, commissioned the biography, supplied press-ready music and visuals, coordinated publicity partners and kept a record of coverage and review copies.

04 / DISTRIBUTION

The details behind a release.

Release administration included catalog metadata, corrected delivery files and artwork follow-up. TuneCore confirmed the updated album artwork was populating across the major platforms after the redelivery request.

05 / FULFILLMENT

Get the physical record into hands.

Retail and promotional shipments connected the release to shops and media. BBCR maintained tracking and worked through receiving details and cross-border delivery follow-up.

06 / PRODUCT & RETAIL

Build an offer around the music.

Standard and signed editions gave fans a choice. The dedicated Family shop, companion merchandise, stock planning and wholesale ordering connected the product range to different ways of buying.

07 / LIVE SELLING

A release is something people join.

Family-focused live selling and release events connected music with physical products. Signed and standard album listings supported the live presentation and buying path.

08 / WEB & FAN SYSTEMS

Keep the fan journey connected.

Artist, listening, tour and shop pages worked together, with FAMILY and TICKETS message flows directing people to the record, mailing list and show information. Website work was coordinated with our web partner.

ALABAMA HEATHENS / MERCHANDISE

Art into merch.
A plan behind the run.

Alabama Heathens brought the artwork. BBCR worked through garment selection, a size-by-size shirt plan and custom koozies, then coordinated the production.

  • Garment and size decisions around the planned run.
  • Artist-supplied artwork prepared for the products.
  • Real finished merchandise for the table.

You can bring one product or a bigger idea. Custom merch is open to businesses, events and personal projects, too.
